Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup rava


  • 1 tbsp fruit salt


  • 1/2 cup sour curd


  • 1/4 th tbsp water as required

Directions

  • Take a bowl add rava( suji) than add curd and mix well rest it for 2-3 minutes than add required water mix well than add fruit salt mix well and than take a tadka pan add 1 tsp mustard seeds and 1 tsp chana dal mad 1 tsp oil heat cook all. Little bit and mix it in batter than pour batter in idli stand and steam it in high flame by adding water in steamer as required cook for 10 minutes serve hot
  • For chutney- 2 tomatoes,2 kashmiri chilli,2 piece coconut soak coconut and chilli together in warm water than grind them corsely than take tadka pan add1/2tsp oil curry leaves and mustard seeds and cook for a minute and pour into that chutney serve cold
